RETURNS, EXCHNAGE AND CANCELLATIONS

Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return most items purchased from www.partyzone.ae with our 14 days return or exchange policy:
Request must be placed within 14 days from date of invoice.
Products purchased under promotional offer, discounted schemes or Price 2 Go cannot be exchanged.
All merchandise returned must be unused, in original packing with all labels, tags and must be in resalable condition. Original invoice must accompany the returned merchandise without which returns will not be possible.
Once the returned merchandise has been inspected and approved for return, credit will be generated towards your account after deducting any shipping charges that may have applied initially.
Credit is valid for six months from date of issue.
In the unlikely event that any of the products reaches you is damaged or defective, kindly contact customer service.
A courier collection ticket will be generated to collect returns from your address. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer except for damaged or defective items in which case shipping charges will not apply for those items.
Should you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed, kindly email customer support on firstname.lastname@example.org or call +97145515736 with your order number to request order cancellation. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled however, you can return the order as per our returns policy.
